Most links created with Linkfire take fans to music on different services through our landing pages. However, you can also use Linkfire for podcasts and create landing pages that will take your fans to their streaming service of choice while closely tracking their behavior every step of the way.
Currently, there's a little bit of a workaround when it comes to creating podcast links, as our scanner doesn't scan podcast links the same way as music links. You will have to start with scanning a Spotify, Soundcloud, or an iHeartRadio link for your podcast (or really any release out on Spotify) to get to the landing page set up where you can customize your URL, add more services and update the metadata.
To add more services like Stitcher, Overcast, Castbox, etc., head to the bottom of the "Music matches" section where you will see a ‘+’ sign that says "Add music services". Then type in the name of the service you're looking for and choose it from the drop-down menu.
Next, you copy the link to your podcast from the service you've just added and add it to your Linkfire landing page by clicking the drop-down arrow to the right of the service and insert the link manually.
In the "Landing page" section you can drag and drop the services you don't want to have shown on your landing page and change the order of the services along with the title and description shown on the landing page.
When you're satisfied with how it looks click "Create link" at the very bottom of the page. In order to share your link afterward, click on “Get link” and select which channel you would like to post it on.
